My husband got these slippers for me for Christmas. They are my first Uggs and I love them! They are very cozy and warm. I wear them around the house without socks and my feet are happy! Just one note of caution: Be careful going down the stairs. The heel hits the step and if not careful, you will trip! I haven't but I know others who have and their slippers fit perfectly as do mine.

ordered a size 7 boots, and got a size 8 for the left boot and a 7 1/2 for the right boot in a size 7 box. I am speechless and quite disappointed at this mistake. Luckily, customer support was very polite and helpful.
